Pickaxe Enchants
Pickaxe Enchantments
Pickaxe enchantments are special upgrades applied to custom pickaxes via Enchant Crystals.
Each pickaxe can hold multiple enchants, though a couple conflict with each other.
Like the shovel, the pickaxe's enchants lean into mining, detection, and economy rather than combat.
Enchant lines appear on the pickaxe's lore between the separator lines, above the VortexArtifacts footer.
Rarity Tiers
Rarity controls how often an enchant shows up when rolling a crystal - weights are per-enchant, and higher rolls more often.
| Rarity | Roll Weight | Count |
| Common | 80 | 6 |
| Uncommon | 40 | 8 |
| Rare | 15 | 8 |
| Epic | 5 | 7 |
| Legendary | 2 | 2 |
Enchant Slots
The pickaxe follows the standard material progression.
| Pickaxe | Enchant Slots |
| Wood Pickaxe | 1 |
| Stone Pickaxe | 2 |
| Copper Pickaxe | 3 |
| Gold Pickaxe | 3 |
| Iron Pickaxe | 4 |
| Diamond Pickaxe | 5 |
| Archangel Pickaxe | 6 |
| Netherite Pickaxe | 7 |
| Satanic Pickaxe | 8 |
Rolling a crystal past the cap doesn't block it, but cuts the base success rate by 10% (only exactly at cap) - Crystal Dust can offset this, but never above the crystal's original base.

Conflict Reference
| Enchant | Conflicts With |
| Pressure Drill | Pressure Point |
| Pressure Point | Pressure Drill |
Pressure Drill and Pressure Point both ramp up break speed through overlapping mechanisms, so only one can be active at a time. Conflicts are filtered out before the crystal rolls, so you'll never waste one on an incompatible outcome.
